You can find us in the city centre, next to the bus station. Ratina shopping centre is only a five-minute walk from Tampere railway station.

TRANSPORT AND PARKING
Ratina shopping centre is located in the heart of Tampere on the shore of Ratina Bay, next to the bus station and Tampere Stadium. It's easy to get to us on foot or bike, by bus or car. The escalators in the bus station will take you directly to Ratina shopping center.
P-Ratina, the largest and most modern parking garage in the city centre, has 1,200 parking spaces. The parking garage entrances and exits are on Tampereen Valtatie and Suvantokatu streets.
Bicycle parking
Bicycle parking is available on the Suvanto side of the tunnel that leads under Tampereen valtatie.
P-Ratina opening hours

Entrance to P-Ratina after 9 p.m.
After P-Ratina closes at 9 p.m., you can enter the parking garage from the Block glass cube on the Ratina square using the lift or the stairs. You can find the access code to open Block's doors on the parking receipt.

Ratina shopping centre's taxi rank can be found by the entrance on Vuolteenkatu side, close-by to the bus station.

Guidance and information point
Floor plans and information about shops can be found from the guidance touchscreens on the different floors.
The information point is located on the shopping centre's street level, near the Ratina Plaza entrance

Customer toilets are available on Ratina's first and third floors.
Baby care rooms and Mini-Ratina
Baby care rooms are available on the first and third floors.
Children's own play area, Mini-Ratina, is available on the shopping centre's third floor. Mini-Ratina is children's very own miniature city with playhouses where you can use up any extra energy left over from shopping.

Cashpoints
Cashpoints are located on the first floor and P1 level.
Wireless Internet
Free Wi-Fi for Ratina's customers is called "RatinaOpen".
Lost & Found
Any lost items left in the shopping centre's public spaces and shops are delivered daily to the information point on the second floor, from where you can enquire for them in person or over the phone.
Accessibility
Ratina belongs to everyone and we have considered the accessibility for disabled customers and customers with prams. The walkways are wide, a lift takes customers from floor to floor, and all public toilets also include an accessible toilet.
The shopping centre has two wheelchairs and two prams which you may borrow from the information point on the second floor.
Animals
No animals are allowed in the shopping centre's public areas.
