Location and arrival

Ratina shopping centre is located in the heart of Tampere on the shore of Ratina Bay, next to the bus station and Tampere Stadium. It’s easy to get to us on foot or bike, by bus, by tram or car. The escalators in the bus station will take you directly to Ratina shopping center.

P-Ratina, the largest and most modern parking garage in the city centre, has 1,200 parking spaces. The parking garage entrances and exits are on Tampereen Valtatie and Suvantokatu streets.

Parking 

P-Ratina is the largest parking garage in the Tampere city center with 1,200 parking spaces. The entrances and exits are on the Tampereen valtatie and Suvantokatu. There is remote guidance from the main roads to P-Ratina. P-Ratina is operated by Finnpark. The maximun height for the vehicle is 2.3 m.

One hour free parking for Ratina loyalty members

Shopping Centre Ratina offers its loyalty member one hour (1 h) of free arking in P-Ratina. Parking is free when the parking duration is one hour or less. Payment is needed for the time that exceeds one hour. You can pay for the parking using the Moovy app or a payment card at the payment machine.

Note! The parking benefit cannot be activated for a parking session that has already ended.

Activation of parking benefit

1. Drive into P-Ratina. The camera recognizes your vihecle´s licence plate and the parking starts automatically.
2. Once you have parked, open the Ratina app and the parking benefit section.
3. Add your vehicles´s license plate and activate the parking benefit. Please note that you must activate the benefit separately for each parking session.
4. Enjoy your stay in the shopping centre and also use your other loyalty member benefits!

Departure:

Remember to pay rest of the parking at payment machine before leaving P-Ratina. If you have the Moovy app in use, the payment goes through it automatically.

Card Payment

If you pay with card , please always visit the payment machine before driving out. Use your license plate to authenticate. If your stay was over one hour, pay for the additional time with the payment card. If you have problems, you can find the service desk phone number on the display of the payment machine.

Moovy Customers

After you have activated the parking beneit you can drive out directly. The camera recognizes you license plate and the parking stops. If your visit lasted for over one hour, the exceeding time is invoiced from the payment car that is connected to you Moovy account. if you have problems, contact Moovy customer servie. Entrance to P-Ratina after 9 p.m. 

After P-Ratina closes at 9 p.m., you can enter the parking garage from the Block glass cube on the Ratina square using the lift or the stairs. Block’s door is open until 10 p.m. After that, the door opens with the PIN code, which is 5555#. The code can also be found in the Moovy application when parking is in progress. In case of problems, contact Finnpark Valvomo on 03 387 8216 (24H).

Bicycle parks are located near by the entrances.

Taxi rank and disabled taxis

Ratina shopping centre’s taxi rank can be found by the entrance on Vuolteenkatu side, close-by to the bus station.
