All our pizzas are made with a sourdought base, offering a subtle tang, deep aroma. and a crisp yet airy crust. The base is topped with our house-made tomato sauce, prepared on site fromauthentic San Marzano DOP-certified tomatoes. For cheese we use our own Mozzarella-Gouda blend, balancing the softness and stretch of Mozzarella with the rich fullness of Gouda
